This notice explains how Zenre Ltd(“we”) handles personal data. We are the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect and why

If you join our waitlist we collect the name, email address and any details you choose to give us about your property, so that we can contact you about early access. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

If you become a customer, or are a tenant or contractor connected to a property we manage, we process the information needed to deliver that service — including tenancy, payment, maintenance and compliance records. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract, and compliance with our legal obligations as a property manager.

Sharing

We share personal data only where necessary: with service providers who host our systems and process payments, with contractors attending a property, and with authorities or schemes where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping it

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or until we close the waitlist. Records relating to a tenancy or to tax are kept for as long as the law requires, normally six years.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email us to exercise any of these. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
